All Booking fees are non-refundable

We hold your appointments just for you and ask that if you must cancel or

reschedule an appointment

Please provide us with a notice of at least 48 hours.

This way, our team will be able to adjust their schedules accordingly and maybe

able to accommodate clients on a waiting list.

We do, of course, understand that unavoidable issues come up and will do our best

to work with you in case of an emergency.

Last-minute cancellations or no-shows will be charged a cancellation fee each time.

Here is our general breakdown of cancellation fees.

 1-hour Appointments £29

 Two or more hours Appointment £49

 3 hours or more £100

Punctuality

We at Lipo Clinic request that you arrive on time for your appointments so that we can

ensure full treatment time and prevent inconvenience to other clients. Late arrivals will

forfeit the missed treatment time.

Refunds on promotions and packages sold are not available unless certified medical

reasons exist that the treatment cannot be carried out. You will be required to provide

a valid medical letter. Should you fall pregnant during your treatment, then your

remaining sessions/areas will be put on hold until you are able to resume.

If you pay for treatment in Advance in the clinic or over the telephone at your

request, you will not get this refunded if you change your mind. However, you do

have the option, and you can use the amount you have paid for another

treatment.

All treatments which are purchased must be taken or booked within 12 months

except for courses which we do advise to complete in 6-8 weeks, we will not be held

responsible for Appointments booked outside our advised terms of conditions for

ultimate result,

Results will vary from individual to individual and cannot be guaranteed or advised as to which

individual may achieve. This is subject to your diet and lifestyle and any medical

conditions that you may have in conjunction with the nature of our procedures.
